Cerealto accelerates US expansion and snacking growth with Fresca Foods investment

Cerealto has made a strategic majority investment in Fresca Foods, a leading US co-manufacturer of natural and organic snacks, marking a major expansion into the US market and immediately strengthening both companies’ capabilities in high-growth snacking segments.
This partnership is a transformative step for Cerealto, shifting its focus from predominantly European to truly international, with North America expected to represent around 20% of future Group revenues.
The movement into US snacking establishes a crucial base in the world’s leading snacking market, positioning Cerealto for immediate growth. With immediate entry into organic snacking, Cerealto gains instant access to the sizable, fast-growing US natural and organic snacking market, currently valued at $31.9 billion and projected to grow significantly.
Access to a broad US customer base accelerates distribution and market penetration across the continent, particularly leveraging Fresca Foods’ established relationships.
The enhanced snacking portfolio combines highly complementary product portfolios, particularly strengthening expertise in snacking categories like snack bars, granola, crackers, and cookies on both sides of the Atlantic.
