Award-winning Fiorella Triple Crème debuts

As the UK speciality cheese market continues its upward trajectory, Tom Walker & Sons is set to unveil its latest premium offering, Fiorella, at the Farmshop & Deli Show 2026.
Taking place from 13–15 April at the NEC Birmingham, the event will serve as the UK launchpad for this award-winning floral-shaped triple crème brie, designed to meet the growing consumer appetite for “visually gratifying” and indulgent continental cheeses.
Crafted in Germany from refined cow’s milk, Fiorella is a soft speciality cheese with 68% fat in dry matter, delivering an exceptionally buttery melting texture.
While its aesthetic is a primary draw for deli counters, the distinctive flower shape serves a functional purpose: it allows the cheese to mature slowly from the outside in, ensuring a balanced development of its mild, fresh cream notes.
The product enters the market at a pivotal time. According to Worldpanel data (December 2025), the UK speciality cheese sector has seen a 1.5% value increase year-on-year, with soft continental varieties now accounting for 33% of the total market.
Key product credentials:
- Format: 1.2kg wheels, ideal for deli service and premium retail centrepieces.
- Dietary: naturally lactose-free and gluten-free.
- Accolades: 2023 Superior Taste Award (Brussels); Gold and Silver awards at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards 2025.
For food and drink manufacturers and retailers, Fiorella represents a strategic addition to the chilled aisle. Dominique Delacour, head of UK marketing strategy at Tom Walker & Sons, emphasises that the product was selected for its ability to differentiate retail offerings.
“Fiorella delivers on quality, craftsmanship, and strong visual appeal. With soft continental cheese representing a third of the speciality market, we’re excited to offer a product that helps our partners drive incremental sales through genuine innovation.”
Visitors to the Farmshop & Deli Show can discover Fiorella on wholesaler partner stands including Rowcliffe (U131) and Carron Lodge (Q161).
