Festive flavours
EHL Ingredients is offering food manufacturers a range of festive organic ingredient blends and stuffing mixes.
Christine Peers, sales director at EHL Ingredients, says, “Following customer demand for new and innovative additions to traditional Christmas recipes, as well as responding to market trends for quality, organic products, we are offering a range of both traditional and international blends this Christmas.”
A Middle Eastern style organic sultana, lemon and spice stuffing is available – a mix of sultanas, breadcrumbs, a burst of citrus lemon with aromatic fennel, coriander, ginger and black pepper. Or for a distinctive Mediterranean flavour, add the organic garlic, tomato and herb stuffing to Christmas dishes and dinners – a blend of organic breadcrumbs, garlic, tomato, fennel, cumin, black pepper, parsley and oregano.
For a more traditional Christmas recipe, EHL also offers organic spiced cranberry stuffing which combines nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper with cranberries.
