Protein bagels range expands

Following the success of its Multi-Seed Bagels, Dr Zak’s has announced the launch of its new high protein Cinnamon & Raisin Bagels.

With juicy raisins and a spicy sweet flavour of cinnamon, the new bagels don’t disappoint when it comes to taste and they pack a punch when it comes to nutrition, says the company.

The new launch promises the same high protein content as the multi-seed variant – 24g of protein per bagel (roughly that of a chicken breast) – 30% less carbohydrate than a conventional bagel and 4.9g of fibre.

Enjoyed on their own, toasted with butter or, for a super protein hit, with Dr Zak’s high protein peanut butters, consumers can easily up their daily protein levels with the new bagels.
