Frozen pita range launched

Nina Bakery launched its new range of ‘no tear’ stone oven pitas in the UK on 24-25 September at Lunch!

The bakery’s show centrepiece was a cocktail size pita, which has been designed for appetisers, tapas and cocktail hors d’œuvres. At just 6cm, the micro pita demonstrates that when baked well, even the smallest of pitas will remain in tact.

With a moist and fluffy texture, the new pita range is available in a selection of sizes and shapes.

Baked with minimum quantities of yeast and no added sugar or fat, the pitas are stone oven baked and clean label, which means no preservatives or improvers are used.
