Gato & Co launches a vegan gluten free Cookies ‘n’ Cream range

Gato & Co has launched a vegan gluten free Cookies ‘n’ Cream range in Boots this month plus cookies for cafés, delis, and newsagents.

Handmade with whole, simple ingredients, the sandwiches have crunchy cookies with a smooth and creamy filling; as an added bonus, they’re plant based, high in fibre, free from gluten, dairy and palm oil and half the sugar of similar sweet snacks.

In the range are: 

  • Choc Vanilla cookie sandwich – crunchy chocolate cookies with a smooth vanilla cream filling.
  • Choc Peanut Butter, crisp-yet-gooey chocolate cookies and rich, dreamy peanut butter cream.
  • Choc Hazelnut Butter cookies: chocolate cookies and a gooey hazelnut butter filling.
  • Salted Caramel: the only vanilla cookies of the range with the choc-salted-caramel filling

Containing 50% less sugar than comparable snacks, Gato cookie sandwiches are crunchy, creamy and just sweet enough at only 99 calories per cookie.

Gato & Co’s new Cookies N Cream range can be found exclusively via Boots nationwide, with more stockists to follow from Spring 2020.
