Plant-Ex spices up expansion with multi-language website

Plant-Ex Ingredients has announced the launch of a sophisticated multi-language, geo-localised website, marking a critical milestone in the company’s aggressive expansion into the European market.
The digital rollout serves as the technological backbone for the firm’s new European innovation and production hub, currently under construction in Poland. This development follows the October 2025 acquisition of Polish food technology specialists Aromacolors and its subsequent integration with Plant-Ex Polska.
The new platform is now live in Polish and French, alongside US and UK English, with Turkish, Spanish, and German versions scheduled to follow shortly. By providing localised product data and service details, Plant-Ex aims to remove communication barriers for manufacturers across the continent, positioning itself as a seamless, future-ready supplier of natural colours and flavours.
“Our long-term objective is to create a single, innovative production hub, serving customers across Europe with a reliable and cost-effective supply of quality natural food ingredients,” said Giles Drewett, founder and CEO of Plant-Ex. “Now we’ve brought our technological presence up to scratch to reflect our position as a competitive supplier to the European food and beverage industry.”
The website launch is more than a marketing update; it represents the public-facing integration of Plant-Ex Polska and Aromacolors. The merger has already allowed the company to shift its primary EU distribution to the continent, significantly de-risking supply chains that have faced increasing pressure in recent years.
With construction of new production facilities now underway, the “Plant-Ex Europe” entity is preparing for an official launch in the coming months.
For food and beverage manufacturers, this consolidation into a single European hub is expected to deliver tangible operational advantages, such as reduced lead times where direct distribution from within the EU avoids cross-border delays. Cost efficiency means integrated production and logistics reduce the total cost of ownership for ingredients; and enhanced R&D where the new innovation centre in Poland will combine the specialist expertise of Aromacolors with Plant-Ex’s global scale.
As the infrastructure and technology align, Plant-Ex is moving to secure its place as a dependable alternative to larger, traditional ingredient houses, offering the agility of a tech-forward firm with the manufacturing muscle of a pan-European producer.
