Thai Curries get greener
Speciality food importer and distributor Bespoke Foods has unveiled new environmentally friendly packaging for its Thai Taste brand.
Launched in 2004, Thai Taste consists of over fifty products, all exclusively made in Thailand from fresh, locally sourced ingredients with no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. The new packaging formats have helped reduce the amount of packaging by 69% to enhance the brand’s environmentally friendly credentials, while also providing more impact and visibility in-store.
The packaging revamp will see the Thai Taste Green and Red Curry and Pad Thai meal kits changed from the current plastic boxes to tear off pouches.
