Synergy has launched a new range of cuisine pastes and seasoning blends to deliver high impact flavour in breads. With speciality bread becoming ever more popular among consumers, Synergy’s pastes and seasonings give manufacturers the flexibility to create bespoke profiles or deliver traditional favourites in items such as wraps, baguettes, flatbread, twists and naan.

The range features new clean label cuisine pastes which are slow cooked, allowing for flavour retention when the bread is baked. Easy to use with no additional processing required, they can be simply added to, or spread on top of, dough to deliver all-important flavour and colour. Available in BBQ, garlic and herb, Mediterranean, chilli and olive, the pastes can be used alone or blended with Synergy’s top notes or seasonings for unique flavour combinations. The range also includes four new tomato pastes containing different top note flavours.
