Fish sauce comes overseas

After finding success in the US, Red Boat Fish Sauce is now being launched in the UK by Red Boat Europe.
The sauce is a natural, first press extra virgin Vietnamese fish sauce from Phu Quoc island, described as the home of the tastiest anchovies.
Containing nothing but fresh black anchovies – salted minutes after leaving the sea – the sauce is then aged slowly in traditional wood barrels for over a year. The resulting umami laden sauce is said to give dishes a unique, rich and satisfying dimension.
