Slime time
UK supplier of American snacks and confectionery Innovative Bites has signed a deal with Hostess to distribute its limited edition Twinkies Ghostbusters Key Lime Slime product in the lead up to the film’s UK release.
The product, which features bright green cream filling, will be available from early June.
Haris Deane, brand and marketing manager at Innovative Bites, says, “We are delighted to be able to offer this exciting limited edition variant of Twinkies to tie in with the release of the new Ghostbusters film this summer.
“The Ghostbusters franchise has a huge UK fan base, so we are confident the Key Lime Slime flavour will capture the public’s imagination and absolutely fly off the shelves.”
