INGREDIENTS: Frutarom sales growth continues

The trend of sales growth that has characterised Frutarom’s activity over the past seven years continues while achieving accelerated growth in core activities.

The company’s rapid development strategy has combined organic growth in core activities with strategic acquisitions worldwide.

During 2007 Frutarom made seven acquisitions. Frutarom acquired British companies Belmay and Jupiter; Raychan, Adumim and RAD Natural Technologies, Israel joined the group later and the US company Abaco further boosted company acquisitions. The German Gewurzmuller group also joined the ranks.

The accelerated growth contributed to establishing Frutarom’s position as one of the ten leading global companies in its field and to strengthening its global spread, with sales to over 120 companies, 18 production sites, 24 research and development laboratories and 48 sales and marketing offices. Upon completion of the merger process, savings will be made in many areas and substantial operation improvement achieved.
