PROCESSING NEWS: Change of name for CPS

UK-based company Carlisle Process Systems has changed its trading name to Tetra Pak CPS, following its takeover by globally based packaging Tetra Pak.

Tetra Pak CPS – a supplier of dairy, food and beverage equipment – will continue to trade from the existing Sherborne site. The name change will make no difference to the service provided by Tetra Pak CPS and the same dedicated engineering team will continue to support the company’s extensive UK customer base.
The dairy, food and beverage division will continue to design equipment for its growing customer base which will continue to be manufactured at the original site.
Dairy, food and beverage manager Graham Witt says,“Many of our customers have been dealing with us for a long time and whilst the trading name is undergoing a subtle change, the company retains the same knowledge and work force skills. This means that existing customers can work with the same people they have known for years whose priority is to provide the same great level of service that people expect from us.

One of the benefits of the purchase has been to bring together the engineering knowledge at Tetra Pak CPS and Tetra Pak Processing who are located at High Wycombe.
