The Market for Anti-ageing Foods report goes on to say that the global market for such foods shows massive potential, with an increasing number and variety of customers registering an interest in a potential move to the sector.
“Over the past 25 years or so there has been rising interest in the role of diet, and consumers are increasingly trying to manage their health through their eating patterns – turning to everyday foodstuffs that already contain or can be fortified with the additional nutrients and ingredients that they believe that they need, says the report.
