DSM unveils a range to savour
DSM has unveiled its latest offering – Maxavor YE All Natural, a range of 100 per cent natural savoury flavour ingredients. Globally certified as natural, the portfolio of products has a ‘yeast extract’ label declaration, says the firm, and is the first of its kind to adapt to changing global flavour regulations relating to the term ‘natural’.
“Natural is the big trend in the global food market and is set to stay that way,” says Coen van Oorschot, business line manager process flavours, DSM. “The launch of Maxavor YE All Natural range enables our partners in the food and flavour industry to satisfy increasing demand for natural products, while complying with global legislation and delivering authentic tasting savoury foods.”
