Spiced cranberry blend
EHL Ingredients has launched a new organic spiced cranberry stuffing mix for Christmas.
The blend, which combines organic nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper with tangy cranberries, is part of a new organic stuffing range which includes onion and mixed herb; garlic, tomato and herb; and sultana, lemon and mixed spice.
The versatile mixes can be added to meat main course dishes, such as prepared turkey or beef joints, or used in dry format to create stuffing mixtures and balls.
