Crussh launches UK high street’s first vegan ‘feta cheese’

Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars, with 35 stores across London, has launched what it clams is the high street’s first vegan ‘feta cheese’ as part of a wrap.

The butternut squash, harissa & vegan ‘feta’ wrap is now available at all stores as part of the brand’s ‘Powered by Plants’ campaign, an initiative that has seen eight new vegan products launch across all Crussh branches.

The healthy food and juice chain has turned its Soho store (Broadwick Street) 100% plant-based for the entire month of January as part of ‘Veganuary’, with over 70 vegan menu items. Turning one store completely plant-based is an opportunity for the chain to see how consumers respond to a fully vegan Crussh, and whether this may be a sustainable business model for the future.

Crussh stores are already a destination for vegetarians and vegans, with over 70% of the menu suitable for vegetarians, 45% suitable for vegans.
