Enhanced flavour portfolio
Synergy Flavours has added a new variant of its core Madagascan vanilla extract to its range of vanilla flavours.
The new extract – which is ideally suited to dairy desserts, such as trifles, and baked goods, such as cupcakes – offers a sweet and creamy taste profile whilst also retaining an authentic beany flavour.
The company has also recently launched a range of eight new flavours for the weight management market, suitable for applications such as shakes, powders and bars.
Dominated by traditional flavour profiles such as chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, the weight management sector is seeking new and interesting flavour options. The flavour range Synergy has developed includes the following profiles: Cinnamon Danish, Cinnamon Bun, Strawberry Cheesecake, Caramel Coffee, Banana Smoothie, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Brownie and Blueberry Cheesecake.
