FDF Awards entry deadline fast approaching

The entry deadline for this year’s FDF Awards is fast approaching.

Food and drink businesses looking to showcase excellence in the fields of innovation, competitiveness, health and sustainability have less than one month to submit entries, ahead of the 11 March deadline.

The awards are free to enter and submissions can be made online. Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts and the winners will be revealed at a ceremony in London on 22 September 2016, hosted by comedian and TV presenter Hardeep Singh Kohli.

The categories are:

  • Community Champion
  • Community Partner
  • Education Initiative
  • Environmental Leadership
  • Exporter of the Year
  • Food and Drink Scientist of the Year
  • Food and Drink Engineer of the Year
  • Good Employer
  • Regional Growth Business Awards
  • Health and Wellbeing Champion
  • Innovation
  • Product Reformulation
  • Rising Star.

FDF’s commercial and membership director Steve Barnes says, “The FDF Awards celebrate the achievements of UK food and drink businesses and provide a platform for manufacturers, retailers and foodservice operators to receive the well-earned recognition they deserve from their industry peers.
