Oruna Ingredients UK, formerly Meadow Cheese and The Cheese Warehouse, has launched chilled, low melt Cheese Ropes for stuffed crust pizzas.
The launch extends the company’s Palatina Taste Partners brand of cheese ingredients.
The ropes have been developed using restricted melt technology, which enables them to withstand baking at high temperatures without losing shape, flavour or form.
Available in 4x4kg packs, Palatina Cheese Ropes have a shelf life of two months chilled and 12 months if supplied in IQF format.
