New ginger ingredients from WILD

WILD has expanded its portfolio of ingredients to include a ginger preparation that can be used in beverages or confectionery products.

The new ingredient is obtained directly from fresh ginger, which the company claims keeps the ginger taste intact.

In addition to ginger preparations the company also offers natural ginger flavours and extracts. WILD’s ginger products are available in liquid form or as a spray-dried powder.
