After offloading its US confectionery business to Ferrero for $2.8 billion earlier this year, Nestlé has just announced plans to pay Starbucks $7.15 billion for the rights to sell the company’s coffee products globally.

Organic sees growth in UK

The Soil Association has released its Organic Market 2018, with results showing that dairy accounted for 28.7% of the UK’s total organic spend in 2016-17, and saw an increase of 3.1% in value for that period.
