Kibbled toffee coated popcorn inclusions have been developed by Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) to bring a tasty twist to bakery products, a counterpoint to smooth ice cream and a crunch to beverages.
A key challenge for manufacturers is to be able to source popcorn in small enough sizes suitable for all their applications, and in this Pecan Deluxe can deliver – providing popcorn ideally sized for such applications as a desserts or drink toppings. Ideally suited to adding texture and mouthfeel to any product ranging from cheesecake to hot chocolate, the popcorn pieces create appeal and add interest to products which could benefit from a reboot.
Supply is simple: ambient storage and bagged sizes from 200g to 2kg, plus bulk options.
