Tea flavoured chocolate

Jasmine tea is said to be one of the first new flavours to be developed by a top chef for Nestle’s Cailler brand of chocolate bars.
Nestle has asked Michelin-starred chef Ferran Adria of top Spanish restaurant El Bulli to develop new flavours for the chocolate. El Bulli is known for its unusual use of ingredients in dishes such as apple caviar, parmesan ice cream sandwich, and flavoured foams.
