Mane has taken a decisive step into the future of natural sweetening with its acquisition of the exclusive global licence to produce and commercialise Arzeda’s ViaLeaf Reb M, marking a significant evolution in how high‑performance sugar‑reduction solutions reach the market.

Under the expanded partnership, Mane now controls the entire Reb M value chain — from production through formulation and commercial deployment — creating a single, integrated pathway for manufacturers seeking reliable, scalable and economically viable sugar‑reduction ingredients. The move builds on the collaboration announced earlier this year and positions both companies at the forefront of next‑generation sweetener innovation.

ViaLeaf Reb M is the first ingredient enabled by AI‑driven protein design to reach commercial scale.
