Glanbia drinks to aseptic acquisition

International ingredients and cheese group Glanbia has acquired Aseptic Solutions USA, a manufacturer of premium shelf stable high acid beverages made with aseptic technology.

The business will be part of the Ingredient Technologies business unit within Glanbia Nutritionals, headquartered in Fitchburg, Wisconsin
