Frozen ready meal company Classic Cuisine’s new festive range includes traditional festive favourites as well as seafood, vegetarian and free-from options.

The range includes the turkey tornedo, with turkey wrapped in crispy streaky bacon, topped with a cranberry and orange stuffing and finished with a cinnamon jus; the smoked salmon roulade, a light suet pastry infused with fresh spinach and topped with MSC salmon and cream cheese mousse; a creamy brie and red onion tart with chestnuts; and a creamy and light soufflé infused with Butlers cheese.

The festive desserts include a trifle cheesecake (pictured), a sherry soaked sponge topped with raspberry jelly, orange custard and cream cheese; and a chocolate salami made with rich Belgian chocolate, a variety of biscuits and topped with a sprinkle of pistachios.
