- A new, narrower jar has been created for Tangerine Confectionery by RPC Containers Blackburn.
- Procap has introduced 29/21 GREEN1P for fillers in the edible oils, vinegars and sauces markets. It is said to be one of the most cost effective and lightest closures currently available for 29/21 PET neck finishes for this sector.
- Calypso Soft Drinks, part of Cott Beverages, has updated its pack design for Aquajuice – its range of healthier still water drinks.
- Crown Aerosols and Speciality Packaging Europe has launched a new, novelty shaped tin for the Fox’s biscuit brand Vinnie’s Biscwits Selection range.
- Carlsberg has announced plans to develop the world’s first fully biodegradable wood-fibre bottle for beverages.
