Beneo showcases sugar replacer with new sweets collection
Functional ingredients manufacturer Beneo has released an assortment of sugar-free, hard candy products containing Isomalt: a sugar replacer derived from sugar beet.
Beneo’s Isomalt has received EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) health claims for its low glycaemic and tooth-friendly characteristics.
The new collection includes: Mango Sticky Rice Delight; Fruit Veggie Twister; and Hot-Cool-Booster.
