Fishy business

Microwaveable snacking brand Taste Inc is extending its range of on-the-go snacks with the launch of the Fish Fillet Burger, a fish fillet coated in breadcrumbs, topped off with cheese and tartare sauce.
Chris Wenham, head of brands, says, “This is a very exciting launch for us, not only as this is an extension to our range, but we are the first to market with a fish burger product in the category. During recent consumer panels we know that our target audience would welcome a non-meat option in the range. The Fish Fillet Burger brings something new to the category helping to grow the market by satisfying existing consumer whilst bringing in new.”
