Developed to replicate the physical properties of butter in every way, Butter-Like delivers these properties at a significant discount to the cost of butter. Its similarity to butter in flavour, texture and especially performance makes it ideal for bakery, prepared foods and ready meals as well as all production processes involving blending, injection and forming.
Fayrefield Butter-Like is a vegetable oil based blend, non hydrogenated and virtually free from trans-fatty acids. It has been developed in the UK as a completely ‘clean label’ ingredient and contains no artificial additives. It is stable at controlled ambient temperature, ten per cent lower in saturates than butter and does not exhibit the seasonal variations associated with butter.
