Seafood specialists cater for foodservice industry with new tartlets

tartletsChapman’s Seafoods is launching its new range of seafood tartlets and open tarts. Using local ingredients for their handmade products, including fishcakes, wellingtons and pies, the range includes:

  • Mediterranean Salmon Tartlets – Packed with salmon in a rich tomato sauce, topped with roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
  • Smoked Haddock Florentine Tartlets – Filled with smoked haddock in a rich béchamel sauce, topped with spinach and gruyère cheese.
  • Salmon, Prawn & White Wine Tartlets – Taste the sea with prawns and salmon bound in a light white wine sauce.
  • Open tarts – Open puff pastry tarts available in four fabulous flavours including Smoke Haddock Florentine; Mediterranean Salmon; Salmon, Prawn & White Wine; Smoked Haddock, Cider & Smoked Applewood Cheddar.
