CSM’s Creami fillings improve application stability

CSM Ingredients, a Nexture company, has announced the rollout of Creami, a comprehensive line of premium fillings engineered to enhance application and performance for bakery, pastry, and confectionery professionals.
The range is designed to resolve the practical challenges manufacturers face when balancing artisanal taste with industrial scalability. Developed by combining Sipral’s established expertise in high-quality fillings with CSM Ingredients’ technical knowledge, the line ensures consistent, reliable results across various manufacturing environments.
A primary asset of the Creami range is its strict focus on operational stability and ease of use. Engineered with production flexibility in mind, the fillings perform reliably across multiple line functions, including filling, layering, and decorating applications.
Crucially for industrial food producers, the portfolio includes highly stable, bake-safe solutions alongside formulations designed to deliver specific texturing outcomes. The sensory textures stretch from smooth and creamy to highly structured profiles.
This processing flexibility allows bakers and pastry artists to diversify their sweet goods portfolios without adding complexity to their existing production lines.
The launch represents an initial collaborative milestone under the Nexture umbrella following the group’s acquisition of the Sipral Group. The cross-company synergy also incorporates technical expertise from another Nexture business, Casa della Mandorla, which specialises in nuts, dried fruit, and pralines. This specific partnership enabled CSM Ingredients to introduce distinct “Crunchy Pistachio” and “Crunchy Hazelnut” variants, which are uniquely formulated with caramelized Kataifi inclusions.

The comprehensive Creami portfolio includes a wide array of flavour profiles, such as pistachio, hazelnut, cocoa, and white chocolate. The line is debuting across key European territories — including the UK, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and the Benelux region—with a phased global rollout planned for subsequent international markets.
