Vitiva opens doors to innovation centre

Growing customer demand for the development of joint product applications has led to Vitiva opening a new innovation centre in Slovenia.

The ingredients firm says the move will also mean the expansion of its R&D team and capabilities, lab applications and customer services.

The innovation centre includes pilot facilities for meat, bakery, ice cream, dairy, beverage, confectionery and other food applications, as well as an equipped kitchen for joint tasting sessions with customers.

“The new centre is a big step for Vitiva in providing a complete solution for customer care service,” explains Ohad Cohen, CEO of Vitiva. “Our customers are the focus of our vision, and our target is to offer them innovative solutions from the concept stage to the final product stage.”

“It offers a unique opportunity for customers to independently test Vitiva’s solutions and jointly develop food applications. We are also facing an increasing demand for our natural colouring line, so we decided to provide our clients with the opportunity to test our colourants in their specific applications. The centre offers extensive natural formulation labs and sensory panel sessions too.”
