Pizza chain goes gluten-free

Restaurant chain Pizza Hut has revealed that, from this month, gluten-free pizza will be on the menu at all of its UK branches.

The pizzas, on special square-shaped bases, have been developed in close association with Coeliac UK.

A full range of toppings is also available thanks to gluten-free reformulation of key products.
