EHL launches two festive blends

EHL Ingredients has launched two new seasonal stuffing mixes to bring a new twist to traditional blends and spice up festive fare, Christmas dinners and accompaniments.

The blends include a sage, onion, apple and lemon stuffing and a warm winter spice with apricot and herb stuffing mix, which features a festive mixture of allspice, ginger, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg, apricot, thyme and parsley. The mixes can be added to meat main course dishes, such as prepared turkey or beef joints, or used in dry format to create stuffing mixtures and balls.

EHL can supply these new blends under short lead times if required, can collaborate with brands and food manufacturers developing new products and can also offer advice on new and existing formulations.
