Vitafoods South America hoping to double debut size

Vitafoods South America hoping to double debut sizeOrganisers of Vitafoods South America say they’re hoping that this year’s event will be double the size of last year’s debut show.

The exhibition will feature around 200 leading global nutraceutical ingredients companies, including Copalis, Croda and Fortitech, as well as a raft of first-time exhibitors.

This year’s show will comprise an exhibition and conference, which will feature both marketing and scientific streams, and include speakers from some companies such as Unilever and Nestlé.

There will also be a panel of experts from regulatory advisory firm EAS on hand to offer visitors free advice tailored to their requirements, across a range of subjects including product formulas, labelling and claims.

“We’re excited to expand on last year’s debut with an event entirely unique to South America that will provide insights into the latest trends and developments in the world’s fastest growing nutraceuticals market,” says Chris Lee, Vitafoods portfolio director. “We’ve included a number of new features for 2013 that will enable attendees to find out all about the most recent product launches, latest scientific research and regulatory updates.”
