Multigrain cereal introduced

Honey Monster Puffs is launching a new multigrain cereal variety, Honey Monster Multigrain Honeycomb.
The breakfast cereal contains even less sugar than the reformulated traditional Honey Monster Puffs product, and is the first to receive amber on sugar levels on traffic light GDAs front of pack, signalling the brand’s ongoing commitment to reducing sugar levels in its cereal and promoting the product to be enjoyed as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. This forms part of the rebrand, which saw Honey Monster Puffs reduce its sugar levels by a third over a decade.
As well as providing vital multigrain and fibre, the product is low in salt and fat.

Andy Valentine, marketing director at Halo Foods, says, “We led the way last October with the rebrand by reducing the product’s sugar content and introducing traffic light GDAs on front of pack.

“The introduction of Multigrain Honeycomb signals our next step on the ongoing journey for health reformulation and to promote Honey Monster Puffs products as part of a healthy and active lifestyle.”
