New Stevia-derived natural sweeteners range
EPCevia, a Stevia-derived natural sweetener that allows manufacturers to reduce sugar by 30%, is now available in Britain and Ireland.
Three types of EPCevia from China-based EPC Natural Products have been introduced into the market by Omega Ingredients, including EPCevia Pure, EPCevia Dual, and EPCevia Omega.
EPCevia is suitable for various applications. CEO and co-founder of Omega Ingredients Steve Pearce says, “There has never been a more pertinent time, or a better opportunity for food and beverage manufacturers to utilise the highly effective EPCevia products in order to greatly reduce their sugar levels…Consumer research has shown that due to its clean taste and sugar like flavour profile, users are unable to tell the difference between regular products and those in which sugar has been replaced by EPCevia.”
